Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is beautifully located over the sea, in a quiet area offering great customer service. However, the dining experience was not friendly on Monday night. The rooms are comfortable but with dirty carpets leading to rooms.
The hotel is in a lovely location overlooking Scarborough Bay and close to various restaurants. The rooms are modern and clean, but the dining experience could use some improvements. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly staff and good value for money.
The hotel boasts a marvelous view of the harbor but falls short with cold water in the shower and a rather small bed. The cleanliness of the room was marred by a very filthy toilet, which was disappointing. However, the service was mixed with an exceptionally dismissive breakfast manager but exceptional overall customer service. The location offers stunning views on a spur overlooking Scarborough bay but is somewhat away from the run-down area of the resort. The dining experience had its ups and downs with limited breakfast options but included a taste of sashimi. The facilities were decent, albeit with room for improvement.
The hotel offers amazing views even with the heating on, but the bedroom radiator lacked sufficient heat, and there was no heating in the bathroom. The veranda next to my bedroom had a bed of 151 to 180 cm. The service, from the cleaners to waiters alike, was excellent, with a friendly and professional receptionist at the entrance providing exceptional service throughout. The location was in a lovely area, close to the beach and shopping, although some areas were derelict. The dining experience was decent, although could use improvement, with the grilled cheese being a highlight. Overall, a great stay with minor room heating issues.
The hotel sits beautifully overlooking Scarborough Bay, with fantastic views and is close to the beachfront restaurants. The rooms, though with an awkward position between floors, are comfortable with a working ceiling fan in the bathroom. The service was a mix, with great customer service in the spa but a dismissive breakfast manager. The dining options offered better value food, especially at 9 pm, and the facilities were well-maintained.
